Master Bu Xiaoping from China recently joined the Kokolulu Farm and Retreats staff as the resident QiGong healer and teacher for the next three months. Ten years ago, she cured herself of lupus in 28 days using Zhineng QiGong only.

Master Bu will offer three talks titled “Healing Yourself using Zhineng QiGong.” These talks will include description, demonstration and group practice of several exercises she developed by combining Taiji and ZNQG for self-treatment and self-healing.

She believes ZNQG gathers the quintessence of Chinese traditional culture and medicine for maintaining good health. Bu also will demonstrate Taiji Kungfu fan dance and spoon bending.
